At your design consultation meeting, we'll review your vision and criteria, usage perimeters, architecture of your home, color palate, and overall setting. All of this is used to create a custom design inclusive of each component. We utilize specialized three dimensional graphics software to bring your project to life, and present you with a realistic model of your project, a buildable working plan set, and shop drawings. In addition, we utilize our Genesis design & construction education, our PHTA Certified Building Professional status, and our years of hands on technical experience to provide a working plan set that includes all the details for correct and efficient phase by phase construction.        

We understand how hectic life is on normal days, and with the additional aspects of your builder selection process it can become burdensome and time consuming.  We respect that your time is valuable. For your convince, we utilize a virtual meeting to present you with your design, discuss the project data details, review the cost itemized by construction phase, and our construction management fee.  We will review any possible design or element changes you may desire, and email the design renditions and construction proposal prior to ending our meeting.  

We utilize Fluidra/Jandy products as our primary brand for swimming pool operational equipment.  Their product lines for both moving water and sanitization  are reliable, and energy efficient across the platform which in turn saves our customers in year round operational cost.
