YOU: Have a hard or e-copy of your property survey available to share with us and be ready to communicate your vision.
US: We'll look at the site and review your criteria, component placement, and color palette. We will survey the terrain and drainage requirements, equipment access avenue, along with utility and operational equipment locations. Additionally we will photograph the site so we can construct lifelike 3D design renderings for your project.

YOU: Let us know a convenient time for you to review the initial 3D rendering of your project.
US: We'll review all aspects of the design, walk you step by step through our cost process, answer all questions, address any design changes you may desire, and provide you with a construction proposal itemized by construction phase and management fee cost.

YOU: Comb through the material photos, and catalog links we provide for a preliminary material list, then make the final decisions once we provide samples of your favorites, or schedule a visit one of our suppliers' showrooms.
US: Guide you the process, provide you with samples, and schedule showroom meetings.

YOU: Allow access of your property for utility line locates. Provide us with any HOA submittal requirements. If needed, obtain signatures on access letter.
US: We'll finalize your construction drawings, obtain a Texas 811 dig validation number, submit a plan set to the electric provider for approval, then obtain all related municipal building permits, as well as any stamped letters or plans from our engineer.

US: We'll hold pre construction meetings with our team and review each component of your project, obtain all operational equipment and materials, schedule all the trades, provide oversite and quality control, and obtain all building inspections.
